Medical Protection Insurance For Members

CAMACS Insurance Consultation Service links you with relevant insurance and risk management brokers.

Our insurance partners provide insurance solutions specifically to medical professionals, aesthetic clinics, and cosmetic laser operators.

Our goal is to work in partnership with our clients and members to develop an insurance and risk management program that is designed to meet their specific needs.

CAMACS have negotiated with Insurance Companies that provide Aesthetic Medicine and collaboratively developed a specialist Medical Protection Insurance Policy offered to members.

The policy has been designed to ensure best value is obtained for all CAMACS members, with premiums and policy excesses that reflect the need of practitioners who specialise in Cosmetic Laser and surgical and non-surgical Aesthetic Medicine.

The scheme is protecting all members with a minimum limit of medical indemnity insurance for non-invasive cosmetic treatments and for doctors performing invasive surgical procedures.

Malpractice vs liability.png

While the terms professional liability and malpractice insurance are sometimes used interchangeably, their coverage is different. Professional liability insurance protects your business from errors or mistakes within your business practices, and medical malpractice covers claims of physical or mental harm to a patient. In some cases, you may be required to carry both policies to fully protect your business. Learn more about the differences between medical malpractice and professional liability insurance.
